Vintage Y2K Nicole Miller mini strapless bubble dress in black. It has sheer draped panels that drape from the upper back, and wrap around subtly to the front hem. There is boning at the sides of the bust, sewn-in padded cups, and rubber along the inside of the overbust so it stays up comfortably.
